Recreation Aid

Summary This is a NAF position with the 17th Force Support Squadron, located at Outdoor Recreation, within the Community Services Flight on Goodfellow AFB, San Angelo, Texas. This position is considered Flexible. The position is not guaranteed any hours, but has the potential to work up to 40 hours per week. You may be required to work some nights, weekends and holidays. As a flexible employee, you are not eligible for leave or benefits. Responsibilities Performs and/or assists other recreation assistants or specialists in the operation and maintenance of indoor and outdoor recreation facilities. Arranges for issue of equipment or tools, charging them out to participants, and checking them for condition upon their return Takes inventory of authorized recreation supplies and equipment; and helps with group activities which require more than one staff member, performing specifically assigned tasks.
