Recreation Assistant - Community Engagement (Full-Time)

The Arc of Ocean County is seeking an energetic and compassionate Recreation Assistant to join our Family Support Department. This position supports individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities by creating meaningful recreational, social, and community-based experiences that promote inclusion, relationship-building, and personal growth throughout Ocean County.

This full-time role is ideal for someone who enjoys community engagement, leading activities, and helping individuals build confidence and social connections in a fun and supportive environment.
Position Details

+ Schedule: Tuesday through Friday | 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Saturday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

+ Pay Rate: Starting at $20.20 per hour, with opportunities to earn up to $24.20 per hour
