Opportunity Description
Role Overview:
The Recruiter will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment of direct labour workers, ensuring timely fulfilment of manpower needs in production, assembly, logistics, and cleanroom operations. This role requires strong stakeholder management, familiarity with high-volume hiring, and the ability to navigate workforce regulations in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and role specifications.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for direct labour roles (e.g., material handlers, machine operators, assembly workers, cleanroom workers).
- Manage interview scheduling, coordinate with HR, and ensure smooth candidate experience.
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines through job boards, networking and career fairs
