Recruiter & Employee Branding Specialist (6-month Contract)
My client is a leading Fintech business in the region looking for a Recruiter and Employee Branding Specialist. This role will be a 6‑month contractor position.
End-to-End Recruiting- Own full-cycle recruiting for tech and business roles (from intake to offer)
- Partner closely with hiring managers to clarify role needs, profiles, and priorities
- Drive structured hiring processes that balance speed, quality, and candidate experience
- Coordinate interviews, feedback loops, and offer processes
- Hiring Quality & Stakeholder Partnership: Support hiring managers in improving interview quality and decision-making, help define clear role scopes, success profiles, and evaluation criteria, act as a trusted recruiting partner, not just an execution arm, manage expectations and promote data‑based hiring decisions
