Job Title: Recruiter
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and define job requirements.
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from screening and interviewing to offer negotiation.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout all stages of recruitment.
- Maintain accurate documentation and metrics on hiring pipelines.
- HR admin support on a daily basis
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts.
