Job Title: Recruiter (Work with US Clients - Global Exposure)
Responsibilities
- Source and engage potential candidates through LinkedIn and other recruiting platforms
- Conduct candidate screening and initial interviews in English
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
- Coordinate with recruiting leads and hiring managers
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment documentation
- Manage the recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer stage
- Meet weekly recruitment and sourcing goals
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (Mandatory)
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Ability to confidently communicate with candidates over phone and video calls
