Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, the Talent Acquisition Specialist - High Volume Hiring will play a crucial role by identifying and attracting top talent to manufacturing operations. The primary focus will be on recruiting both general labour and specialized workers for various roles within a geographical area (which may include one to three manufacturing sites).

This is a temporary 6-month contract position based at our Le Sueur, MN plant (hybrid).
