Recruiter High Volume Retail

Our client, a supermarket retail industry, is seeking a Recruiter to join their team. As a Recruiter, you will be part of the Talent Acquisition team supporting high-volume supermarket and retail store hiring initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and excellent organizational skills which will align successfully in the organization.

**Pay Rate:** $40hr
**Location:** San Jose, CA 100% onsite
Contract Length: 2-3 months - possibly longer

+ Support high-volume recruitment efforts for supermarket retail and general store staff positions
+ Screen applicants and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and store leadership
+ Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting updates within internal systems
