Job Duties
Execute full lifecycle recruiting: recruit, screen and recommend placement of new team members by using creative sourcing methodsFollow and maintain best practice for sourcing, interviewing, tracking and hiring desired talent while leveraging cost-effective staffing sourcesGenerate and qualify candidate pool for upcoming and currently open positionsContinue to source until adequate candidate has been identified and offer/acceptance has been madeDevelop relationship with Hiring Managers and Resource Planning to gain thorough understanding of their Business Unit; supporting the ability to recruit for and fill positions in a more efficient mannerFollow up with candidates and hiring managers to ensure updated information on the interview process statusAccountabilities
