**Job Description**
The Recruiter (Level 1) is responsible for the development and implementation of sourcing strategies to recruit and retain top health care professionals for the organization. Function as a liaison between Human Resources, Departments, Hiring managers and NYC Health and Hospitals administration to facilitate the various operational and staffing goals of the Medical Center.
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelors degree required.
+ 1-2 years of recruiting/placement experience in the health care industry or equivalent combination of education and experience in a high-volume, fast paced environment; experience in physician recruitment preferred.
+ Intermediate skill in MS Office Suite.
+ Excellent communication, written, interpersonal and organization skills with the ability to interact will all levels through the organization.
+ Time management skills and ability to prioritize.
+ Demonstrated attention to detail.
