Responsibilities

• Requirement gathering from the internal client.
• Drafting the Job Description (JD).
• Posting the vacancy / Job postings.
• CV screening / Resume screening.
• Telephone and/or face‑to‑face interviews.
• Reporting / Preparing candidate reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Labor Relations, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of one year of proven experience in a Human Resources role.
