Job Overview
- Should have good knowledge and hands-on experience in any applicant tracking systems (ATS) and be more system oriented to Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all candidates in the ATS.
- Should possess expert knowledge and innovative skills to source and attract active & passive talent from different sourcing channels (job boards, social media, referrals and local outreach to identify potential candidates for direct labor positions).
- Communication and Stakeholder management is key to be successful in this role as you work with global stakeholders and matrix organization.
