Working collaboratively and cross-functionally within a team of Recruiters to support the delivery of a high-performing in-house recruitment operation, you will provide a brilliant candidate experience. In a fast-paced, high-volume environment, you will manage hiring activity, drive engagement with store leadership candidates, and ensure a consistent, efficient and positive recruitment journey from attraction through to offer.
