The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing qualified candidates while maintaining strong relationships with clients and hiring managers. Responsibilities Post and manage job advertisements across multiple job boards and recruiting platforms. Source candidates through various recruiting channels, including online databases, social media, referrals, and networking. Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews. Screen, assess, and vet applicants to determine qualifications and suitability for open positions. Verify employment history, references, skills, and other candidate credentials as required.
