Recruiting Team Lead

Required Skills & Experience

• 6–8 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or staffing.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience leading and managing a recruitment team.
• Proven experience in bulk hiring, volume recruitment, or manpower hiring projects.
• Strong ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously across different functions.
• Good knowledge of sourcing channels, job portals, social media recruiting, and candidate screening techniques.
• Experience in staffing agencies, recruitment consultancies, or manpower supply organizations is preferred.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
