The Heathrow Shared Apprenticeship Scheme team are looking for a new Manager to join our growing business. K10 Apprenticeships delivers pioneering, high-quality apprenticeship programmes across construction, utilities and infrastructure, working with brands like Heathrow Airport, Thames Water, Mace and others.

We are a people-centric business and value leadership, initiative and the ability to develop apprentices and manage client relationships and HR processes.

Responsibilities

• The recruitment, vetting and management of your own team of apprentices.
• Creating and maintaining relationships with apprentices and the organisations with which we work.
• Ensuring that each apprentice and partner organisation are fully supported on each step of their apprenticeship journey.
• Mentoring and supporting your apprentices to help them achieve their potential.
