OUR CLIENT
National, tier 2 Civil Contractor specialising in bulk earthworks, subdivisions, roads, bridges and infrastructures. Due to natural growth, they are seeking a Recruitment Advisor on a contract basis to assist with their recruitment and onboarding.

3-month temporary contract, with the opportunity to extend

Office based in Penrith

Providing end-to-end recruitment for blue and white collar positions, you will be responsible for:

Drafting and posting job advertisements 

Applicant management - pre-screening and shortlisting candidates and assessing their suitability to each role

Co-ordinating face-to-face interviews with potential candidates 

Onboarding new candidates into the database
