Job description:
The Recruitment Associate provides administrative and operational support to the recruitment function, ensuring efficient coordination of candidate management, onboarding activities, compliance documentation, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Working closely with Australian-based recruiters and hiring managers, the role is responsible for maintaining accurate recruitment records, coordinating onboarding processes across client systems, and ensuring candidates meet all compliance and training requirements prior to mobilisation to site.
This role requires exceptional attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and the capability to identify potential risks or compliance gaps that may impact mobilisation timelines.
