We focus on the US engineering market across three specialisms: Municipal Civil Engineering, MEP (Building Services), and Transmission, Distribution and Substation (Power Delivery). Our work connects talented professionals with the companies shaping a better world.

Now entering our next phase of growth, we're a team of 15 based in London. Our team is friendly, collaborative, and ambitious and we're looking for new team members to grow with us.

The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant at AQRA you'll build relationships on both sides of the market. That means developing client relationships with engineering firms across the US, understanding their projects and hiring needs, sourcing and qualifying candidates, managing live roles end to end, and closing deals.
