Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from initial client engagement through to successful placement and aftercare
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic business development and client acquisition
- Build, manage, and grow a profitable client portfolio within a specialised niche market
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients by providing insights on market trends, talent availability, salary benchmarking, and hiring strategies
