Job Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
Source and screen for suitable candidates via various job portals like JobStreet, JobSCentral, LinkedIn and in-house system
Ensure proper registration of job applicants
Schedule, co‑ordinate and interview candidates
Identify opportunities for Business Development and build rapport with potential clients through cold calling.
Perform account management duties by communicating with clients to understand hiring needs
Any other duties as assigned
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9am to 6.30pm
One hour Flexi lunch –1.15 hours

5 - 10 minutes’ walk from Downtown MRT / Tanjong Pagar...
