Job Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job requisition verification and candidate sourcing to final hiring and onboarding.
• Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including JobThai, LinkedIn, and social media platforms.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, evaluate candidates for job and cultural fit, and coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Coordinate with clients and hiring managers to support and oversee day-to-day recruitment operations for assigned sites or locations.
• Ensure a positive, professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
