Recruitment Lead

The Recruitment Lead is a supervisory-level position responsible for balancing hands‑on end‑to‑end recruitment delivery, direct client management, and formal people supervision. This role serves as the bridge between senior individual contribution and full management, requiring strong leadership discipline to guide a small team of recruiters toward productivity and quality targets.

Key Accountabilities

1. Operational Excellence (OX)

• Team Supervision: Lead a delivery unit to ensure all recruitment activities meet quality and timeline standards.
• Delivery Leadership: Personally execute end‑to‑end recruitment for senior or high‑impact roles.
