Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with the company’s workforce planning and business objectives.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs and provide strategic support.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline using innovative sourcing methods (e.g., job boards, social media, networking).
- Monitor and report recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, etc.).
- Manage and lead a team of recruiters; provide coaching, training, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
