Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract high-performing real estate brokers.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability for the business.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of local and international candidates.
- Manage recruitment advertising across job boards, social media, and networking platforms.
- Coordinate candidate onboarding and ensure a smooth transition into the business.
- Work closely with management to understand hiring needs and growth plans.
- Track recruitment KPIs and provide regular reporting on hiring performance.
- Promote the ELITE Property brand within the market and recruitment community.
