Opportunity Description
Job Title: HR Manager – Recruitment
- Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process to attract top talent across all departments.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies and recruitment policies.
- Coordinate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and ensure timely hiring.
- Monitor recruitment KPIs and continuously improve talent acquisition performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 7–10 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of ATS systems, sourcing tools, and recruitment metrics.
