Responsibilities:

• Post job openings and attract top talent
• Screen resumes and conduct interviews
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
• Maintain and update recruitment reports
• Manage administrative tasks related to recruitment
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
