This full-time role focuses on leading recruitment for FutureSight's projects. Partner with Studio colleagues and early-stage founders to find top talent. You'll enhance the recruitment process to ensure we attract the best candidates while managing an accessible and active talent CRM.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct searches for both Founders and Operators across the Studio
• Maintain and refresh the talent CRM database
• Create and implement repeatable recruitment processes
• Analyze funnel metrics to continually improve hiring
