Recruitment Specialist (O-5 Billet) Non-Supervisory - Internal

Summary The Recruitment Specialist manages IHSC recruitment and hiring for U.S. Public Health Service Commissioned Officers. Develops and implements recruitment strategies, conducts outreach, collaborates with stakeholders, manages recruitment data, and assists candidates. This position is only open to USPHS officers who are currently IHSC employees. USPHS Call to Active Duty (CAD) candidates are not eligible for this position.
