Recruitment Supervisor (US Hiring)

Description

Position Purpose:

The Recruitment Supervisor will take accountability for the Company’s RPO hiring which is to include providing strategic direction as well as tactical recruiting for all organizational needs.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for ensuring programs achieve business objectives by filling staffing requisitions with qualified candidates on a timely basis.

2. Monitors the recruitment process end-to-end and continuously recommends changes and improvements that align with business requirements

3. Develop and administers an effective ongoing recruitment process

4. Coordinates with Operations, and other departments to achieve recruitment headcounts and milestones. Works closely with all levels of management to satisfy recruiting needs.
