Recruitment Training Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Early Career Training : Deliver Early Career core training curriculum in the Manila center leveraging global standards, content and best practice guidelines including partnering with regional iRPO team on recruitment activities, program facilitation and speaker selection. Responsible for any placement, mentorship of program participants, cohort assignment management and post-graduate management needed including career progression monitoring and recommendations.

Key Account Induction & Onboarding : Responsible for coordination, facilitation, planning, and delivery of Key Account Induction and new hire onboarding activities in the Manila center in line with global guidelines.
