Recruitment & Training Specialist (Mandarin Speaker)

Job Descriptions:

•Analyzing and Supporting workforce planning based on business needs and provide practical hiring recommendations to management, in addition analysis recruitment / Manpower needs from all the Departments;

•Organize and arranging end-to-end recruitment: including job posting, sourcing, CV screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, conduct initial HR interviews and candidate assessments, onboarding coordination;

•Track recruitment data and regularly report hiring progress, bottlenecks, candidate quality, and market feedback.

•Coordinating for hiring channels through job portal, local communities, social media, and job fairs (if needed);

•Maintain and update candidate data accurately within the Applicant database, including updating for the Talent Acquisition update progress, reporting daily recruitment progress, including Time-to-Hire, Hiring progress, Time-to-fill, Recruitment pip...
