Recycling Operations Supervisor

The Recycling Operations Supervisor (ROS) reports to the Recycling Operations FE or NF Manager, Recycling Operations Facility Manager I or II and is responsible for ensuring that all efforts are compliant with the company’s Health, Safety and Environmental regulations. The ROS monitors and coordinates nonferrous receiving activities to optimize efficiency of receiving, stockpiling, and processing operations, product shipping and profit maximization. The incumbent is required to effectively coordinate nonferrous processing activities with supervisory staff, commercial operations, peers, and subordinate personnel. The ROS is responsible for: inventory management; utilization of personnel and equipment to maximize processing capacity; and shipping activities.
