Reddit Community & Content Specialist - Long-term relationship for the right fit

Jabees is a wellness audio and assistive technology brand (sleep audio, bone conduction headphones, hearing accessibility). We're building a genuine, long-term presence on Reddit not a marketing channel, but a real community of people who care about better sleep, safer outdoor audio, or more inclusive hearing tech.

We're looking for someone who already understands how Reddit works the culture, the unwritten rules, and how real community trust gets built to manage one dedicated Reddit account on our behalf, focused on a specific topic area. This is not a post promotional content job. It's closer to being a genuine, helpful voice in a handful of communities you'd likely be part of anyway.

We're starting this as a part-time, freelance engagement but Reddit trust is built over months, not weeks, so we're looking for someone who wants this to become a long-term, ongoing relationship once we're both confident it's working well, not a short gig.
