The Redeployment Manager plays a critical operational role within the Recruitment Operations team, working at pace with redeployees and hiring managers to actively match skills to vacancies, increase redeployment outcomes, and embed redeployment as a routine and credible route to filling vacancies across UCL.
This role is outcome-focused and target-driven, with clear expectations around redeployment rates, throughput of redeployees supported, and the proportion of vacancies filled through redeployment.
