About the Role
Te Whatu Ora Taranaki seeks a Surgical Referrals and Booking Administrator to work in the Surgical Booking Office at Taranaki Base Hospital. The role involves:
- Clinic and Theatre Scheduling
- Close working relationship with Consultants and Registrars
- Excellent working knowledge of Hospital Administration screens
About the Team
The team provides critical support to surgeons, nurses and other hospital staff. Efficiency and attention to detail help optimise hospital operations and reduce wait times while offering variety and challenges each day.
Qualifications
- Working knowledge of Webpas/IBA and Concerto patient systems.
- Previous health administration experience is preferred.
