Opportunity Description
Job Summary: The goal of the VCA Referral Coordinator is to develop, cultivate, maintain, and track, unique relationships with the hospital’s referring doctors and potential referral base. In addition, the referral advocate works closely with the Specialty Marketing Manager to determine the impact of rDVM marketing communication efforts as well as future rDVM marketing needs.
Primary Objective: Increase revenue by building relationships with the local veterinary community so they are aware of the hospital’s services, staff, and quality of care.
Duties/Responsibilities:
+ Become familiar with the hospital you represent, understand how information is shared, work flow process, and its staff with their respective specialties/roles, policies, and protocols.
+ Understand the relationship with the hospital’s rDVMs
+ Keep rDVM contact list up to date
