Summary

The Refractive Surgery Consultant is responsible for driving premium refractive, cataract, and oculoplastic revenue across Minnesota Eye Consultants. This role owns the performance, accountability, and expansion of the Premium Services program by increasing premium lens conversion rates, improving patient consultation effectiveness, and aligning physicians and clinical teams to revenue-focused objectives.
