Refrigeration Engineer

The Refrigeration Engineer is responsible for directing the enhancement, upkeep, and ongoing improvement of production machinery, refrigeration units, compressed air systems, electrical and power networks, and other essential plant utilities. This role oversees daily engineering activities, drives preventive maintenance initiatives, manages project implementations, and ensures a safe, efficient, and compliant plant environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leads the execution of the Preventive Maintenance (PM) Program to maintain optimal equipment performance and reliability.
• Ensures production equipment is properly maintained and continuously improved through repairs, system upgrades, and reliability-focused initiatives.
