POSITION: Refunds Processor

-Manages and processes passenger refund requests in accordance with regulatory requirements, and company policies.

-The role ensures customers receive accurate, timely refunds while maintaining compliance and financial integrity.

-Review and process refund requests for cancelled or changed flights

-Assess claims related to delays, cancellations, or overbooking

-Ensure compliance with aviation consumer protection regulations

Skills & Qualifications

-Newly graduate or with 1 to 2 years of work experience

-With degree in any of the ff: Business/Finance/Accounting

-Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy

-Strong written and verbal communication skills

-Ability to handle high-volume workloads and deadlines
