Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Target Achievement: Monitor and drive Telco sales performance
- Relationship Building: with key business partners
- Store Visitation & Compliance: Top performing outlets
- Retail Merchandising: Oversee store displays, ensuring compliance with branding guidelines
- Reporting & Performance Tracking: Monitor dealer performance, enforce penalties, and provide feedback
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Telco Admin, RGM, and retail teams to improve operations
Work Location & Travel
Regional-based role requiring store visits.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in sales, retail, or telecom industry
- Strong analytical, communication, and compliance management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office for reporting
