Opportunity Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Directly interfaces with prospective accounts by phone and/or email, demonstrating strong knowledge in key areas such as product, competitors, industry and more.
- Recognizes client pain points and provides sound recommendations and solutions based on product knowledge. Can successfully overcome prospective customer objections.
- Actively looks for opportunities to improve and optimize sales processes and business revenues in assigned area / vertical. This could be in the form of upselling products, initiating account-specific promotions, etc.
- Creates and maintains relationships with partners in assigned verticals / areas.
- Assists clients with necessary onboarding processes and requirements while working closely with different cross functional teams such as Compliance, Operations and other Key departments as B2B Onboarding gatekeeper.
