Regional Business Development & Operations Manager - SEA

Job Overview

Manages SEA Wholesale Operations across Customer orders, dispatches, reporting and back‑office data enabling wholesale sales growth, customer trading and increased efficiencies in line with SEA, strategy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all Wholesale & Customer Operations roles to deliver end‑to‑end Customer Operations processes ensuring
• Consistent and effective customer experience across the region
• Efficiencies across ways of working with all customers to enable profitability and capacity for sales growth
• Responsible for end‑to‑end management (product master data, system access, sales order, pricing, purchasing, logistics, billing, documentation etc.)
• Manage and drive delivery of order book to meet regional targets as well as customer needs ensuring exceptional adherence with service level agreements
