Regional Consultant Strategy Lead (Hybrid)

Cigna Healthcare’s Consultant Strategy team leads the development and execution of key producer firm strategies across the Cigna Healthcare portfolio. The **Regional Consultant Strategy Lead (RSRL)** will be responsible for 1.) understanding the goals and initiatives of our brokerage / consulting partners to identify and execute on joint growth opportunities, and 2.) supporting local market growth by enabling our Sales organization through broker engagement strategies. **_This role will support multiple firms and two regions: NY/NJ & Southwest._**
