REGIONAL COORDINATOR – CITES TREE SPECIES PROJECT (CENTRAL AND SOUTH AMERICA, AND THE CARIBBEAN)

Duties and Responsibilities

Ensure a smooth launch of the implementation of shortlisted projects in the CSAC region, support the mapping of planned activities, and deliver high‑quality outputs in all target countries of the region. Provide deliverables primarily in electronic form (emails, online meetings with the CITES Secretariat), participate in field missions and international meetings as appropriate. Travel will be arranged based on available resources, government invitations, and the CITES Secretariat travel policy. Produce a final report detailing all results achieved, referring to outputs and activities under the projects conducted in the CSAC region.
