We are seeking an experienced and purpose-driven Regional Coordinator – Clinical Care to strengthen clinical standards and support excellence across our facilities in the African Region. This is a pivotal regional role focused on standardising clinical care, strengthening compliance, and driving continuous quality improvement across all Nazareth Care Houses. Working closely with the Chief Nursing Officer, you will support the implementation of clinical protocols, training programmes, audit processes, and digital monitoring systems, ensuring consistency, accountability, and excellence in resident care.
