Hire Resolve is looking for a Debtors Manager to oversee its Kwa Zulu‑Natal portfolio of student housing and property assets. The role is permanent and based in Durban, KZN.

Key Responsibilities Develop and execute regional debt recovery strategies to ensure cash is collected on time. Manage the full credit‑control lifecycle, including arrears handling and legal escalations. Oversee leasing processes to keep all KZN properties fully let at approved rental levels. Coordinate university funding (NSFAS, bursaries) and ensure billing aligns with payment cycles. Support accreditation processes for regional buildings, meeting health, safety and university standards. Lead and mentor the regional debtors and leasing teams, conducting performance reviews.
