Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

 1. Regional Budget

  •  Work closely with Agency Leaders and prepared an annual strategic action plan.

    •  2. Agency Management

  •  Provide a formal platform for Company to disseminate information and receive feedback from agency members during agency meetings. Agency meetings can be an individual or group basis with agent and/or leader.
  • Monitor and supervise agency strategic action plan on the progress and control measures implemented.<...
