Opportunity Description
Summary Regional Offices serve as the primary means through which the Board and General Counsel engage with the public and carry out the majority of the Agency's case handling and public service responsibilities. The position has responsibility for planning, directing and coordinating the activities of the region, including delegated authority and responsibility for various phases in processing cases arising under the NLRA, as amended in conformity with regulations and procedures promulgated thereunder.
