REGIONAL DISPATCH TRAINING & QUALITY SPECIALIST

Summary You will serve as a Regional Dispatch Training & Quality Specialist of COMMANDER NAVY REGION HAWAII. Responsibilities You will establish and implement a quality assurance/quality improvement (QA/QI) program for the dispatch center. You will design and implement training programs including benchmarks, timelines, and available learning support tools and methods. You will provide classroom instruction for newly hired employees and coordinate on-the-job training of all emergency management dispatchers. You will perform routine dispatch services. You will instruct shift employees on specific duties and job techniques and make available written instructions, reference materials, etc. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-08 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
